Two years ago, I began to buy residential homes to rehab and sell to retail buyers.I believed that I needed an agent that specialized in off price homes. After many recommendations by managers of different companies, some agents proved to be good, but most were not satisfactory because they did not follow up on deals and return phone calls. As a result, they could not help supply me with inventory. I am a cash buyer and make a decision on the spot.After calling on a house, Angela Jett called me back.She is the hardest working agent I have met and that is why we do almost all of our family business with her. She finds, investigates, and inspects many houses for us and other clients. She is the most complete with paper work and follows through with every detail. |

| We are now new home owners thanks to Angela Jett with Keller Williams Realty!We have been married for five years and have always rented apartments and condos. Once we decided to purchase a home, we contacted Angela to help us. Since we were first-time home buyers, we had many questions. Angela answered all of our questions and took care of the details. Angela had many houses lined up for us to view, and we found our home the first day out. While we realize this is uncommon, it was only the beginning of the process. | Angela helped us sell one home and buy another. This was accomplished within 30 - 40 days. Angela was very innovative in her approach to selling our home. She worked hard, kept us informed of what was happening and had great enthusiasm.More seasoned realtors in our neighborhood suggested we sell our home at a much lower price and felt it would take up to six months to sell our home. Angela assisted us in selling our home promptly by suggesting that we assist the new homeowner with her closing costs. This was done and both parties were satisfied. She also helped us negotiate a contract on our new home.We found her to be professional, hard working and caring. Angela not only SOLD our home in one week, but she was there to help us all the way to closing when really big problems came up. She made selling our home easier and she went the extra mile for us in buying our new home. She was always on call and there when we needed her.
